Welcome to Mind Body Barre Fitness and Healing Studio, where you are not just a client, you are part of our community of learning and whole living through mind, body and spirit. We offer group fitness classes ranging from our signature fitness class, dance & yoga inspired workouts, to our personalized workouts for people of all ages and body types. We offer reiki treatments, meditation, healing arts, intuitive counseling, educational workshops and activities. THE METHOD
Our signature class is dedicated to the mind, body and soul. This full body workout is composed of resistance training exercises that focus on the alignment and strengthening of the body using free weights, barre work and finishing on the mats for core work and seat exercises, while providing a unique and positive environment to all class participants.

REIKI AS AN ELEMENT
Our cool down is a specifically designed relaxation and healing technique promoting mind/body connectedness on the leading wake of science and innovation. Through guided meditation, this cool down will help to reduce stress and increase flexibility in the mind, body & spirit. Using Reiki-inspired healing, aromatherapy, assisted stretch, and touch therapy, our cool down promotes body awareness and allows each individual to sharpen their intuition, connect with their own inspiration, and most importantly discover and honor their true authentic self.
THE SCIENCE
During the Reiki Healing Cool Down the sensory system is stimulated through a series of verbal cues, aromatherapy, gentle touch and many other components. Research has shown that sensory stimulation can:

• Develop or reactivate senses of hearing, sight, smell, touch, and taste
• Improve coordination, motor and cognitive development by increased brain function
• Lead participants to explore their environment
