Never skip a workout. Get to bed early. Meditate 10 hours a day. Cut out dairy, sugar, gluten, meat, carbs and air. Just kidding. Here at MBB we believe in a lifestyle that promotes health and wellbeing but most importantly, a realistic and obtainable one.
While we promote healthy eating, we promote what works best for you. So we ask you, Is what your currently doing actually working for you? Do you feel energized, healthy and alive? Are you fueling your body with foods that support you througout your day?
Some days you wake up and feel vibrant, strong and like a total bad ass. Other days you may struggle to brush your teeth. We get it. Life is all about balance and honoring the dark spaces might find ourselves in. It's in these moments that we grow spiritually. You always have a choice and we ask you to consider if the choices you are making are helping to propel you forward to a lifestyle that's beyond your wildest dreams.
Our studio focuses primarily on the strengthening of the MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT. While our classes certainly are challenging, we encourage everyone to work at their own pace, regardless of their fitness level or background. We do not have beginner, intermediate or advanced classes simply because we STRONGLY believe in the power of one's own journey; we are all on different journeys and we must learn to honor that.
