Barre Flow ★
A rhythmic flow of movement that works the entire body from head to toe (literally!) Class begins at the barre with a series of lengthening and strengthening exercises inspired by Vinyasa Flow Yoga, our signature MBB class, and flowing movement. Our class then flows to our favorite free weight and floor exercises designed to tone and lift while lengthening the entire body.
Whole Body Barre ★
Pick yourself up off the floor and hit the barre! Whole Body Barre is the only class that takes place entirely at the barre! During this full hour, be prepared to work your entire body from head to toe (literally!) Using a variety of fitness equipment (bands, balls, sliders and more!) you'll work through a series of high energy, fun and exhilarating arm exercises followed by incomparable core strengthening, seat, thigh and even footwork! Leave this class feeling more connected, at peace, and whole in the mind,body, and spirit.
30 minutes of our signature Mind Body Barre® method class followed by 30 minutes of our deep relaxing CandleLUXE Yoga class. In this full hour class you'll work your entire body through small isometric exercises that will tone, sculpt and lean out your muscles followed by deep restorative postures designed to relax and restore your mind, body, and spirit. You'll feel right at OM Sweet OM with our (45 minute) online Mind Body Barre workout right from your home computer! This class uses our signature barre exercises that can be done in the comfort of your own private space. All you need is space big enough to lay down on a yoga mat or towel. Using the back of a chair, the side of a table or counter for balance-we will imitate barre exercises followed by a 5-minute cool down and meditation. You must have webcam & the latest version of SKYPE.
"Buti" – is an indian Marathi word meaning “the cure to something kept hidden or secret”. BUTI Yoga takes yoga to a new level integrating tribal dancing, cardio, plyometrics and yoga asana. This class is a fun, invigorating, and empowering take on the yoga we know and love. This powerful combination helps to unleash the Shakti, align the chakras, and nurture the feminine spirit.
Buti® Sculpt is a 30 minute HIIT class that uses Spiral Structure Technique® movements during High Intensity segments to SCULPT + TONE then entire body while moving seamlessly into Low Intensity static yoga asanas to stretch the opposing muscle group enhancing recovery speed and preventing injury. Class alternates between 40 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 20 seconds of low intensity asana.

Any workout can be set to music, but POUND is the only workout that puts you in charge of the music. In the same way your favorite song motivates you to power through the tail-end of the most grueling workout, POUND fuses the most challenging series of core, leg, and upper body conditioning moves with cardio interval training and most importantly, the fun (and distraction) of drumming. Through continual upper body motion using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix, you'll turn into a calorie-torching drummer.
MBB® Cardio Fusion
A full body toning and sculpting workout from start to finish. MBB Cardio utilizes compound exercises and strategic cardio intervals to maximize caloric burn, build lean muscle and increase metabolic rate (aka you'll burn more calories throughout the day!). This class follows the sequence of our signature barre method class while adding bursts of cardio that will get your heart rate up to work your entire body!
SALT: Yin Yoga ★
Experience the steady bliss of Yin Yoga as well as the benefits of Himalayan Salt through a series of meditative & still postures using Salt Therapy. Like a deep tissue massage for your muscles, YIN Yoga goes beyond the superficial layers and works deep within the connective tissues of the body. This transformative practice of slow, mindful breathing while deepening into muscle relaxation helps to soothe the sympathetic nervous system associated with our flight-fight stress response. Class is held in a room using therapeutic Himalayan salt therapies.
Power Vinyasa Flow ★
A warm fluid yoga class dedicated to your mind, body & spirit. Using breathing technique, mindfulness and flowing physical postures, we bring to you a practice that will teach you to honor your divine spirit, infinite wisdom & the presence of each moment. Class is led in a warm room with a series of postures that will fire up the core and promote strength and stamina. This class is open to ALL LEVELS. All instructors for this specific class have been trained in a minimum 200 hour certification.
Yoga Tune Up® ★
Yoga Tune Up is a blend of yoga and corrective exercise principles combined with various stretching modalities designed to highlight joint mobility and stability. The results are immediate relief from chronic tension, increased power through a greater range of movement, increased strength and healthy, supple joints. YTU allows a practitioner to custom-fit poses and postures that help them practice pain free for a lifetime.
CandleLUXE Yoga ★
Designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress, this class focuses on deep restorative and relaxing postures while stimulating the sensory system and increasing body awareness. CandleLUXE yoga is led in a warm candlelit room using essential oils (Lavender), meditation, stretching, deep breathing (pranayama) and reiki (energy healing). Each person will receive a portion of a reiki treatment in class during meditation. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and more connected to your higher purpose. Class temperatures vary from 68-80 degrees by the instructor's discretion.
Reiki Healing Cool Down
Our Reiki Healing Cool Down® is a specifically designed relaxation and healing technique promoting mind/body connectedness on the leading wake of science and innovation. Through guided meditation, this cool down will help to reduce stress and increase flexibility in the mind, body & spirit. Using Reiki inspired healing, aromatherapy, assisted stretch, and touch therapy, our Reiki Healing Cool Down promotes body awareness and allows each individual to sharpen their intuition, connect with their own inspiration, and most importantly discover and honor their true authentic self.

HotCore® is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, Hotcore® is the perfect add-on class to enhance core strength. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid "drag" or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore® build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine.
MBB® Cardio Strength
Smarty-pants training with Metabolic Conditioning. You'll do "all-out bouts of energy" designed to increase endurance followed by strength training exercises. Prepare to incorporate weight with cardio finishers using the barre!

This workout is sweaty, strong, inspiring, and barefoot. An ideal cardiovascular solution for mind-body practitioners. Through cardiovascular barefoot training we develop ankle, knee and hip stabilization to facilitate good movement and prevent injury. We set class goals and attain them, to ensure progression.
