Remember that pregnancy is a time for moderation; therefore you are always encouraged to modify movements or to rest as necessary.
- Toning and sculpting exercises using low weights and the ballet barre for your arms & legs; specifically designed with your growing baby in mind.
- Signature Reiki Healing Cool Down® and meditation which can improve your ability to relax and concentrate.
- Breathing exercises to increase calm, focus and balance (Breathing is also used to ease the pain of your contractions)
