MIND BODY BARRE® METHOD SIGNATURE CLASS
Our signature class is dedicated to your mind, body and soul. This full body workout is composed of resistance training exercises that focus on the alignment & strengthening of the body using free weights, barre work and finishing on the mats for core work and seat exercises. Our signature Lavender Infused Reiki Healing Cool-Down® is a meditative 10 minutes including yoga inspired stretches and breath-work designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress.
Move out of your head and into this mind-body connected fusion of sweat and glorious music beats. This fast moving class is full of high energy and fun using a variety of our fitness equipment.
A rhythmic flow of movement that works the entire body through functional movement. Class begins at the barre with a series of lengthening and strengthening exercises inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, our signature MBB class, and flowing movement. Our class then moves to our favorite free weight and floor exercises designed to emphasize mind-body connectedness.

Welcome to 45 minutes of fun, fresh, non-stop movement and energy. Sweat to the moves driven by the music with barre style exercise and a continuous cardio vibe.
A gentle and fluid series of asana (movement) to get you out of your head through deep intentional breathing and postures.
POWER VINYASA FLOW
A warm fluid yoga class dedicated to your mind, body & spirit. Using breathing techniques, mindfulness and flowing physical postures, we bring to you a practice that will teach you to honor your divine spirit, infinite wisdom & the presence of each moment. Class is led in a warm room with a series of postures that will fire up the core and promote strength and stamina. This class is open to ALL LEVELS. All instructors for this specific class have been trained in a minimum 200 hour certification.
REIKI HEALING COOL DOWN®
Our Reiki Healing Cool Down® is a specifically designed relaxation and healing technique promoting mind/body connectedness on the leading wake of science and innovation. Through guided meditation, this cool down will help to reduce stress and increase flexibility in the mind, body & spirit. Using Reiki inspired healing, aromatherapy, assisted stretch, and touch therapy, our Reiki Healing Cool Down promotes body awareness and allows each individual to sharpen their intuition, connect with their own inspiration, and most importantly discover and honor their true authentic self.*Please note touch has been removed during Covid-19 practices.

Buti combines deep core toning + energetic activation + cardio dance into one dynamic, high intensity, total body workout. Structured class progression meets the freedom of an organic practice guided forward by the beat. Transform your entire body from the inside out and tap endorphin-fueled Buti Bliss along the way.
BUTI® Sculpt is a 30 minute HIIT class that uses Spiral Structure Technique® movements during High Intensity segments to SCULPT + TONE then entire body while moving seamlessly into Low Intensity static yoga asanas to stretch the opposing muscle group enhancing recovery speed and preventing injury. Class alternates between 40 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 20 seconds of low intensity asana.
POUND® ROCKOUT. WORKOUT
Any workout can be set to music, but POUND is the only workout that puts you in charge of the music. In the same way your favorite song motivates you to power through the tail-end of the most grueling workout, POUND fuses the most challenging series of core, leg, and upper body conditioning moves with cardio interval training and most importantly, the fun (and distraction) of drumming using lightly weighted drumsticks called "Ripstix".
LIFT: CORE + PELVIC FLOOR
This is a 30 minute mat class designed to enhance optimal awareness of the body and pelvic floor system using intentional movement. Using common barre and yoga inspired exercises, each sequence will teach the participant how to move intuitively within their own body based on feeling alone. Music is set to methodical tempos that allow the focus to shift into the breathing and transition of each exercise while using pelvic floor integration. Expect a full body strengthening along with the sensations of ease and release throughout class.
CANDLELUXE/ SPA® YOGA
Designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress, this class focuses on deep restorative and relaxing postures while stimulating the sensory system and increasing body awareness. CandleLUXE yoga is led in a warm candlelit room using essential oils (Lavender), meditation, stretching, deep breathing (pranayama) and reiki (energy healing). Each person will receive a portion of a reiki treatment in class during meditation. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and more connected to your higher purpose. Class temperatures vary from 68-80 degrees by the instructor's discretion.
