What you think it is: The Arms & Abs Torture Chamber of Hell…
What it really is: One hour of exercises using light weight (1-3lbs) and resistance bands. All of these exercises focus on our method of small, isometric movements while conditioning the mind to connect with our muscles working from the shoulders down to the fingertips! We work on focusing on the common mistakes we hear such as working our “upper” and “lower” abs by teaching our clients how to activate the obliques, transversus and rectus abdominis. Once you know how your body works, you can begin to make small mindful changes in your workouts that will help make every movement more effective!
Love Your Legs
What you think it is: One Hour of Squats, Lunges and Seated Agony
What it really is: One hour of MAT exercises using light weight (1-3lbs) and resistance bands for your Legs and Seat. This is a non-barre class focusing on isolating muscles we never seem to target without mindfulness; inner/outer thighs, seat, and calves. Hate looking like Quadzilla? The method is simple and contrary to what you may think….working your legs for an hour will not bulk them up! If you want to look like a football player, may we suggest squats and heavy weights…. but if you’re looking to lean and tone out your legs by way of a dancer, this class is designed to sculpt, lean and lengthen your legs right down to your toes (really!)
What you think it is: An audition as one of Janet Jackson’s back-up dancers
What it really is: 15 minutes of Hip Hop Hoorah Goodness and a little dance party followed by 45 minutes of our signature barre class. Those fifteen minutes will get your heart rate up and keep you feeling good about movement in your body! We know you sing and dance in your bathroom mirror so why is this any different? We promise it’s step clap and skip in place with a little shake....now repeat that!

What you think it is: Will and Grace the Comedy Show…
What it really is: Forty Five minutes of Training our 3 Power Houses: Cardio, Strength & Flexibility. This is a sweaty, positive and smarty pants barefoot cardio class that infuses reaching for your highest potential and letting it manifest in your body. This class also focuses on functional fitness- You want to be able to reach behind you for your water glass when your 85 right?
Yoga or Journey to Wisdom
What you think it is: a breathing class and stretching class
What it really is: One hour of deep muscle openers and gentle postures that focus on moving around dormant energy that we store in our body. Think of this class as working from the inside to the outside. On the plus side: the instructor will end class by stimulating acupressure points in the body using our signature Reiki Healing Cool Down and essential lavender oils. Warning: You will leave a better person.
What you think it is: A robot teaching the class. A previously recorded class. You taking class with a “studio” class. A complicated tech. situation that you dare not to venture into because you’re not “computer savvy” and think you won't be able to figure it out…
What it really is: You'll get real LIVE instructors watching you workout from home! This is not an automated workout, our instructor will be teaching you LIVE from their home fitness center in real time! All you need is a Skype username and webcam.
